The Brief

The client wanted a simpler, clearer website that would be user-friendly across both desktop and mobile platforms. It was essential to carry their existing branding through the site so marketing materials felt like one system.

The Solution

Our updated design improved the mobile responsiveness of the website, optimising the number and placement of touchpoints to make it easier for customers to explore services and book appointments. Recognising the importance of social proof, the website now prominently displays photos of their hair transformation results and highlights their impressive track record, including drawing attention to their 6,000+ reviews and 5-star rating.
