The Brief
Kelly Gomm Counselling came to Berlew looking to evolve her existing website so it better supported her future growth. While the site had a strong foundation, there were opportunities to improve clarity, consistency and flexibility. The brief was to identify and refine these areas, improve the overall user experience for prospective clients, and introduce a structure that would allow Kelly to easily manage and update her own content. The website needed to provide clarity on Kelly’s qualifications and therapy options, build trust quickly for visitors who may be feeling vulnerable, and ensure a reassuring and accessible experience across devices.
The Solution
We reviewed the website in detail to pinpoint where small, considered improvements could make a meaningful difference. Content was refined and restructured to create a clearer client journey, with improved hierarchy and messaging. Behind the scenes, the site was rebuilt to give Kelly full control over her content, making updates simple and intuitive while maintaining design consistency. The result is a more confident, flexible website that builds on what was already working, feels easier to navigate for visitors, and lets Kelly manage her online presence independently.
